He carried out Tasly CIMS project in the National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program); “Innovation medicine and TCM modernization” project in the Mega-projects of Science Research for the 10th Five-Year and MCM industrialization and company listing, merger and acquisition.  Tasly Pharmaceutical Shareholding Co. Ltd. won the Prize Winner of IPMA (International Project Management Association) for its “Project on Overall PM of Enterprises” under the guidance of Mr. Levin Lee, while Chinese manned spaceship Shenzhou VI project achieved the best award.Besides, Mr. Lee awarded as “the TOP 10 young Chinese Entrepreneur of Management & Innovation in Asia". He was also recognized by Forbes as “The man who integrates modern management philosophy into traditional enterprises".
