WORK EXPERIENCE
General Manager   SUN China R&D Center   10/08-present
Perform the general management for the 300+ employee engineering site. In addition to the GM role, as an engineering director leading a organization of 80 engineers, responsible for the company-wide platform device support which covers NIC, storage, USB, WiFi, and Audio/video etc.
 
Sr. Engineering Manager  SUN China R&D Center   4/06-9/08
Manage the distributed Solaris X86 storage driver team. The team has delivered projects for Raid management support, intel/AHCI, and Multi-path IO for SAS drivers. The team is also responsible for multiple AMD/INTEL Sun platform bring up.
 
Staff Engineer, Sun Solaris Division   9/97- 4/06
Work on TS trusted Solaris 10 development, Solaris OS minimization project, SunScreen Firewall and SUN smartcard development and the Sun Sales Force Productivity system.

      Set up the first two beta sites in New Mexico and Singapore. Lead the server group on the integration of scheduling  and patient scheduling system. lead the server group working on integration of company’s flagship product.
