Four Season Visit: Summer Visit to “Art 8”

On August 27, 2005 Committee organized some members, Cheng Changqing, Ge Ming, Wang Weijia, Wang Yannan, Wang Chunyan and Yu Heng etc., to enjoy a lecture by a French female philosopher about “Picasso and Innovation”.

During the visit, our hostess Jia Yue, a French female philosopher, led her guests-the members of 2005 Committee, to get close to the outstanding artist, Picasso, from the perspective of innovation. She said,”Innovation is the core of valuable spirit of Picasso, which is a spirit of adventure, daring to break the traditions, not afraid of failure and blame. His innovation is not a kind of simple mutation, but based on his excellent painting foundation and learning from others continuously.” Jia Yue also cited the innovation of BOSS, SWATCH and other world-class brand.

Inspired by her lecture, the members discussed with her on the topics like “the similarities and differences between the innovation of science and art” and “artistic inspiration”.

Four season visit is a new series of activities, which adhere to an idea of using members' resources to serve them. Through the visiting to each other’s firms, enlarge their views and enhance the tie of them.
